こんにちは! 私は先月の10月25日(土)にチェックアウトの際、ホテルからドンムアン空港へ配送される荷物を頂かっていただいたものです。荷物は無事.AIRPORTELS というカウンターで受け取ることができました。インターネットで配送の申し込みをし、流れが分かっていませんでしたが、話を聞いてもらってとても有難かったです。毎朝様々ななお料理、デザート、チャイすべておいしくて感激してました。 <福が来る1>シロフクロッどうもありがわございます.c.PREss “福来朗”= 福か来る“不苦労”= 苦労いらず

We booked the hotel for 4N/4D on BB basis. The given rooms were 8075 and 8073 which was on the 8th floor. Both rooms were clean and tidy. The AC was good. The morning breakfast was on Asian and international buffet which have a good spread. The only concern was to have a doosa we have to wait for more than 5 minutes in a single que as a single person is preparing. We have to cheque out in the early morning and the hotel staff had the courtesy to give our family a packeted breakfast. The location is not so much convenient yet in 650 meters distance we had a MRT.

Good service, nice hospitality, i recommended to this hotel nice, nice hotel area and nice staff here so you can come here and check in and enjou stay here is very nice, and noce swimminh pool also big here so you can enjoy stay here woth nice management staff and check in asap

To be honest, I did not expect my experience will be this good given they do have a lot of negative reviews. Here's my thoughts Pros:They are categorized as a 4 star hotel: In every country, the standards are different. In Thailand, I believe this is a good hotel. The place looks old and vintage but the place is clean, it is comfy and exactly what we need; quiet place.

Bangkok Palace hotel is situated in the busy area and tall one. Rooms are neat and clean and services are good. Groundfloor reception, dining and other facilities are there. wi-fi fcility and morning complimentary breakfast etc provided.

Stayed at the hotel for 21days.Room was slightly dated yet clean and comfortable with good room wifi.Room thoroughly cleaned every day, staff friendly. Good location to shops and easy walk to mall etc.Excellent value for price would stay again. Highly recommend.
